Yousign
Connect Yousign as an access review source using a Production API key so Probo can list the members of your Yousign organization.
Probo reads your Yousign organization’s members through the Yousign API so you can review who has access.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Probo organization administrator access
- The Owner or Admin role in Yousign (Members cannot create API keys)
- A paid Yousign API plan, since Production API access is not part of the free trial (which is Sandbox only)

Step 1: Create an API Key
Section titled “Step 1: Create an API Key”- In Yousign (signed in as an Owner or Admin), go to Developers > API keys.
- Click New API key (or Start integration for your first key). Set Environment to Production, Scope to Organization so the key sees every member, and Permission to Read only, since Probo only reads your members. Add a description (e.g.
Probo Access Review). - Click Create API key, then copy the key and store it securely. It’s shown only once.
Step 2: Connect in Probo
Section titled “Step 2: Connect in Probo”- In Probo, go to Settings > Connectors and click Add more to open the Marketplace.
- Find Yousign and open it.
- Enter a Name for the connection (e.g.
main), paste the key into API key, and click Connect. - Go to Access Review > Sources, click Add sources, tick Yousign, and click Add.
Yousign exposes no organization name, so Probo names the source Yousign and pulls your organization’s members into your campaigns.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Key rejected. Confirm it’s a Production API key created by an Owner or Admin. A Sandbox key authenticates only against Yousign’s sandbox environment, which Probo does not use.
- No members appear. The key must belong to the organization you’re reviewing and be scoped to the Organization rather than a single Workspace.
