# Force opt-in cookie banners

Force an opt-in banner for every visitor, including people in opt-out or notice jurisdictions. Consent records keep the detected regulation, and California visitors still see the privacy-choices link.

A cookie banner can now show opt-in to every visitor, including visitors in opt-out and notice jurisdictions.

The visitor’s detected regulation stays on the consent record. California visitors still see the privacy-choices link.
